Rental terms in plain English, without the small print

What you need
- Identity card or passport
- Valid driving licence
- A refundable deposit of CZK 10,000 — the same for every car
- No age limit — a valid driving licence is enough
Deposit and payment
- The deposit of CZK 10,000 is paid in advance, before collection
- We refund it once the car has been returned and checked
- Payment by card or bank transfer
- We invoice companies; prices are quoted excluding VAT
Mileage and fuel
- Cars 300 km/day, vans 400 km/day included
- Above the limit CZK 4–5/km, depending on the vehicle
- We hand the vehicle over clean and with a full tank — and that is how it comes back (EVs charged)
Trips abroad
- Permitted: the EU plus Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Liechtenstein
- Not permitted: the Balkan countries, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus
- Czech motorway vignette included; foreign tolls are paid by the driver
If something happens
After an accident, always complete an accident report and notify us within 24 hours, with photographs, on our accident line 770 605 570. Call the police if the damage exceeds CZK 100,000 or if you cannot agree on who was at fault. Round-the-clock insurance assistance is included — it will arrange the tow.
