What do I need in order to hire a vehicle?
An identity card (or passport) and a valid driving licence. There is no age limit — if you hold a valid driving licence, we will hire to you.
How old are the vehicles in the fleet?
We hire out brand-new vehicles only — the mileage is usually between 0 and 5,000 km. As an authorised Ford and Hyundai dealer, we sell the cars after a few thousand kilometres and keep replacing the fleet with new ones.
How does the deposit work?
The deposit is CZK 10,000 and is the same for every car. It is paid in advance, before collection. We refund it once the car has been returned and checked.
Can I take the car abroad?
Yes, anywhere in the EU and EFTA (Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and so on). The exceptions are the Balkan countries and eastern Europe — see the rental terms for details.
How many kilometres are included?
Cars 300 km per day, vans 400 km per day. Above the limit we charge CZK 4–5 per kilometre depending on the vehicle.
When can I collect and return the vehicle?
Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00 and Saturday 9:00–12:00. Collection at the latest one hour before closing time; returns outside opening hours by arrangement.
What is included in the rental price?
Comprehensive insurance for the Czech Republic and the EU, the Czech motorway vignette, servicing, seasonal tyres and round-the-clock roadside assistance. You only pay for fuel.
In what condition do I collect and return the vehicle?
We hand the vehicle over clean and with a full tank — and it comes back in the same condition: clean and with a full tank (charged in the case of electric vehicles). That saves you both refuelling surcharges and cleaning fees.
How is a rental day calculated?
One day = 24 hours from collection of the vehicle. If you collect the car at 17:00, you return it by 17:00 the following day.
Do you hire to companies as well?
Yes — we invoice companies and sole traders, and prices are quoted excluding VAT. For repeat rentals we offer a framework agreement.
